Private / Couples Classes

 

Private/couples classes give you the opportunity to gain maximum attention to detail from your instructor. This high level of care assists in correcting posture, promoting correct movement and being sure you are completing each repetition of each movement, correctly. Maintaining correct form in your exercise means the right muscle groups are targeted, which improves functional strength and helps with injury prevention.

If you suffer from an acute or chronic injury, private pilates classes can be very beneficial. As your Embody Pilates instructor will work with you to create an exercise plan to manage the current situation.  This is a progressive step by step plan to increase physical capacity and reduced pain.
